There are great installation instructions that you can download from the Evo website. Take special care when fitting the grill to its gas supply. Lighting the grill follows the standard gas grill procedure – and as ever, make sure that you read the instructions first.

1. Hold down the igniter button, then turn the Control Knob to ‘Lite’. You can see the flame through the holes in the grill’s body – check that these are lit
2. If the burner is lit, you can then turn the knob to your chosen cooking setting.
3.  If ignition doesn’t occur after 5 seconds, release the igniter and turn the burner Control Knob to off. Wait for 5 minutes, then repeat the lighting instructions
4. If this doesn’t work, follow the manual lighting procedure. This involves using a long, lit match poked through the holes in the grill’s body. Please read Evo’s manual before attempting this method

Are These Grills Easy To Look After?
